Can I contact someone at your warehouse directly?
Absolutely! Our team is available for any questions and are on site at our Cincinnati, OH location to collaborate with any business needs during regular business hours.
Can you customize packing slips?
Yes! We customize packing lists to meet your requirements, including the data that goes in the P.O. field, your company logo, and your return policy.
Can you handle large sales peaks?
Most recently, 3,000 orders shipped out in 48 hours, in addition to all other shipments. If you can sell it quickly, we bet we can ship it as quickly. We can execute special sales events with great accuracy and speed, keeping service levels high no matter the volume.
How do I know what my inventory is?
We can send daily inventory and order tracking reports and connect with most EDI files.

How is Precision Warehouse with containers?
Our team has the experience to receive your containers accurately with videos taken for every container unloaded. We ensure damages are recorded and SKUs accurately counted. Our team organizes each pallet for maximum picking and storage efficiency.

My product has multiple boxes per SKU. Can you handle this?
Absolutely! Since we fully understand both singular and multiple boxes on a single SKU, we can accommodate any order quantities.
Some of my retailers need special pallet labeling. Do you offer that?
Yes! We offer customized pallet labeling with specific PO’s, quantities, and designations. We also ask the right questions due to our many years of experience in LTL scheduling.

Precision Warehouse has extensive knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping since 1999 with over 1,500,000 packages shipped out of our warehouse and counting!
What happens when things go unexpectedly?

What methods of shipping do you offer?
FedEx is our preferred carrier, but we also offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx Ground Economy (LTL and FTL scheduling for palletized orders). We also offer local pickup!
Will my bill be itemized or have general charges?
We provide detailed invoicing with specifics on special handling requirements. We also provide a daily breakdown of all charges and itemize the recurring and non-recurring activities each month.
Wrong address charges are costly. Do you have a system to prevent these?
Yes! We use an accurate address correction process to eliminate shipping error charges from FedEx and UPS. Our address correction services help avoid the $18 fee per box charged by FedEx.
